I recieved the candels in the box with everything else, however five of the six candles were broken in half. Going to call and see if i can get them replaced, hope they get here in time.

The best effect for cheap!

I've used these for the past three Halloweens and they are awesome. I've never had any problems with them bleeding...they always work just fine. I agree with the other reviewer that these burn really quickly, and by mid evening, they have totally dripped down, but then they leave this really great red drippy wax behind. Love the effect of these....and they are cheap! I always set up two of these candles next to our Ouija board...great prop!

Worked well but burned quickly

Unlike another reviewer, I had no difficulties making these bleed. They worked perfectly. The only reason that I'm not giving them five stars is that they're quite thin and will either require a thin holder or some wadding to make them fit. Also, they burn out relatively quickly; these had long burned down when it was time to blow out all of the other candles.

These candles are great looking, but you have to finesse them a little to make them "bleed". I had them lit for over an hour, and couldn't figure out why it wasn't bleeding. You have to have one edge a little lower than the rest for it to bleed down the side.
