I was very exited to have a black light again, and especially for a Halloween party, however, I noticed the glow did not really come alive in the room, seemed dull or not as what a real good black light will do, maybe need a bigger one, but I added the Spiderwebbing and it looked good, and with white sheets.. but I did expect a brighter glow. It was good for the night, but If I do another party, I will order a bigger one.

Very handy that this was avaliable on this site! I used to light up the area of my DJ as the Phantom of the opera. It worked VERY well to get the effect I desired of making his mask & cobwebbed area glow & be spooky! Approximately the area you see is what it lit up. Which was exactly as I wanted. You can see in the pic where the lght was placed for the effect. (Lots of items in these pics also bought from BC's)

Light works as advertised. Has good shield to help with directional control. Not a focused beam of light but as expected for a 18" bulb. I bought another for a second room and am pleased with results. Also important to know that this type of light does not get hot as will most of the bulbs.

We covered the floor in white sheets for our halloween party, and originally purchsed one of these, and then got a second for the party, we used them in the living room, everything was glowing. I would say to get more than one for a room larger than 12X12 ft.

CREATES A SURROUNDING ATMOSPHERE THAT BLACKS OUT ANYONE WEARING BLACK BUT HIGHLIGHTS WHITE AND MAKES MORE FEAR ARISE WHEN LIT AND MAKES MORE INTERESTING COLORS AND MAKES THINGS MORE QUESTIONABLE. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT AND ITS POWERFUL TO BRIGHTEN THE ROOM WITH FEAR AND LITTLE LAUGHTER.
