I bought this for a con and was really disappointed. The material was very flimsy and thin and the sizing was way off. Iam a big guy especially in the chest and shoulders and the largest size barely went around my neck and it was so short that even wearing shorts or pants underneath it would not have worked.

Title: This is SPARTA!

My boyfriend and I were the Spartan King and Queen for Halloween this year. This costume did the trick, but definitely needed some adjustments before it was wearable. My boyfriend is small, but muscular and the toga was a big tight around the neck. The rest of the costume is all made of vinyl and needed major adjustments. The helmet was shaped funny from being squished flat so long and was way too big. The elastic on the leg guards were really tight, yet the arm guards were way too loose and I had to sew them smaller. After all of that, the costume looked great and I decided it was worth the hassle. Don't buy this costume unless you want to put in that extra bit of effort!
