Title: iffy at first but service was great

I purchased my first bones the pirate and when it arrived the back was torn off and the metal had broken rendering the prop useless. I needed the pirate to compete in a halloween decoration contest. I emailed buycostumes and in matter of minutes I had my answer. They advised the company would replace it fast. Well there word was good as gold, becase bones the pirate was at my door step in matter of two days. My husband decided to fix the other bones the pirate and i am planning to keep both now that the competition is over. Oh by the way I won first place. thanks Buycostumes I will continue buying from you all year round.
