This costume did not last long. Only worn it once for fifteen minutes and it came apart.

Very economical costume. The hat was very floppy, but after adding a sleeve of card stock to the inside, it stiffened it up and it was fine. The adhesive on the beard would not stick, but after pinning it onto a stretchy piece of elastic (like a headband) and hiding it under the hat, it worked well. I added a little make up to make my son look old, and wa-lah, he won first prize at the fall festival.

For the price, this is an o.k. purchase but I wish I would have spent more money for something better. This costume runs pretty small. He's 5 and normally wears size 6 or 7. I ordered the size 8-10. It's very tight. The hat barely squeezes onto my son's head and the beard has removable strips covering something sticky so it can be attached to his face. I'm assuming it's a one time use type of thing. I should have known that such a low price would mean a mediocre product but the picture made it look pretty good.
