I did not care for this product, it was definately not as portrayed in the picture. The grass skirt was scanty and did not look good at all. I was fortunate to find another skirt in my town that I purchased and wore and was much better in quality and fit.

I WAS NOT VERY PLEASED THE SKIRTS THEY ARE TOO THIN. I ORDERED THEM FOR A SHOW AND I AM FORCED TO BUY ANOTHER SET TO DOUBLE THEM UP SO THEY LOOK MORE GENUINE.

This hula skirt is real grass (rafia) and it has a nice feel and makes a swishy sound. It is a bit thin/skimpy. I ended up getting 2 and stitching them together. 3 would have been perfect!
I must be honest! I bought several of these grass skirts to use as window valances in my summer home that has a tropical decor. I searched many sites and this skirt seemed to be what I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. All my hopes came true! If I was to use the skirt as a costume it would have been very authentic and not have a "cheap" look to it. Oh and as a window valance...these skirts ROCK!!!!
