In the picture it looks like a full hat. I didnt realize that the hat in the picture was not what we were getting. It is extremely small , smaller than the headband. as this hat is going on a high school boy, he felt it was emasculating. I'll put it on one of the girls, but I sure do wish I had read the fine print.

The headband is comfortable, and the little hat with ribbons is super cute! I saw this at a store here for almost double the price of what I paid for it on Buycostumes, which is ALWAYS a bonus!

When I saw the Mad Hatter Hat on buycostumes.com website, I couldn't beleive the price and design, it was very good price and perfect design, so I should buy it. After order this, I went to the Halloween Ex****s and I checked the price of this item, it was twice expensive than I peurchased from buycostumes.com. Thank you so much buycostumes.com!! I just LOVE it!!!

I got this for my dog and was expecting quite a challenge to get the hat from the headband, but it was created with a heavy duty attachment strip where you slip the headband in and out, so it's adjustable. It was perfect, though it did arrive a little scrunched.
