When this item arrived the headband was broken in half so i had to purchase another headband. From trying it on the glovettes were so tight 1 more so than the other it ripped even before I wore it out. Also, The edge of the top of the dress where the halter meets the top ripped which i needed to resew before I wore it out. Overall, I did get lots of compliments on my costume and nobody I had it so it really made me stand out and it was super cute but most people didn't realize you were cheshire cat until you held up the smile. I think the boot covers is what I enjoyed most about the costume but i had lots of dirt to remove after my night out. Im also starting to wonder whether I accidently bought the tween one instead of the adult as the glovettes were SO tight my arms couldn't even breathe. I had to use a lot of safety pins to attach the tail as the velcro wasn't even secure and even with safety pins on my headband with the ears they still wouldn't stay up I was wearing a wig so it didn't dig into my scalp. If I were you I would spend my money on a costume that you can get your moneys worth out of i.e. be able to wear a few times!

As I am not as young as the girl in the photo, I added leggings and and shirt under (also...NY was COLD for Halloween this year). Worked out great!!!

Costume fit well, and it's quick and easy to put on, but the colors didn't quite match between the dress, boot covers, and tail, which overall made it look cheap and not put together. The dress is one piece (not a top and skirt) and the colors for the dress and bootcovers are not as shown in the picture. The idea is cute, but I don't think the costume is worth the cost.
