The shoes themselves are OK, but my highest ratings would be for BuyCostumes.com's user-friendly website and excellent customer service. When the ones I ordered didn't fit our Cinderella, the process of returning them for a different size went incredibly smoothly.

These shoes look great online if you are going for the Cinderella look, but they are very flimsy and cheap looking in person. I wore them once and they got all stretched out because they are made of a soft plastic. The heel of the shoe isn't pretty. They are also very uncomforable and left terrible blisters on the back of my feet. I opted for a glittery silver stiletto the second time I wore the costume I bought these for and the stilettos were way more comfortable!

I used one of these so I could ask prospective girls to be my Cinderella at a costume ball. The heel (which you do not see in the pic) is clear but is messy inside (you can see what holds it together) which look a bit ugly. The plastic was also melleable so didn't really hold it's shape well for not acually having a foot in it all night whilst I walked around holding it. Overall it did the job though.

I bought these expectng a sturdy plastic and removable heel but it's not the way they are. I was expecting more of a cinderilla glass slipper but these are very flimpsy and they stretch out of shape. I should have ordered a size smalled than what I am.
