I can't even use the wig, when I picked it up it fell apart. I can't even get a hairdresser to do anything with it to look like the picture.I would not recommend this to anyone.

This wig is a disaster. I cannot even wear it. t looks NOTHING like the wig I ordered! AWFUL!

The wig looks like someone tried a hair blower and damaged the top part of the wig. Obviously it was a returned item. It didn't look anything like the picture.

This wig does NOT look at all like the picture! I opened it only to find that it is a rats nest. Since I am unable to return it because I opened it my only choice is to throw it in the garbage...it's that bad! I waited on hold for a while to speak to a supervisor...luckily they were able to refund my money although this is something they do not usually do. I did order other things that I am highly satisfied with...it's just this wig that I am not!

When I first received my wig in the mail I was a little dissapointed with the quality. The wig was matted down and in rough shape but when I called customer service they couldn't have been more helpful and easy to deal with. They over-nighted me a new wig, no questions asked. I was very pleased with how they dealt with the situation. For that reason, I would purchase from buycostumes.com again and I would definitely tell a friend.
