THis was a very cute costume. My son is 15 months and fit it perfectly. He even kept the hat on which was amazing, he didn't even know it was on. I painted his face green and looked great.

This was perfect for our 12 month old. The mask.hat didn't go over his face so it did bug him and the outfit fit really well. it was a little thin but we just put some clothes under it but it was good
