We loved it
We used this set for my husband's 64th birthday, and had so much fun! The plates and napkins were great, and the matching plastic silverware was perfect. We grilled shrimp and chicken kabobs and strip steaks cut in half for smaller servings so everyone could sample all the different foods. The steaks were tender enough that the plastic forks cut right through them. Our 3 year old grand-daughter and 6 year old grandson greated guests with leas as they arrived, my daughter made three different blended drinks (mojitos, a cranberry/rum mix, and an orange/rum mix) and served them in rounds throughout the evening as the family played games in the backyard. My grand children loved throwing the confetti at the "birthday boy". The centerpiece was really cute with the little pink and blue shirts amongst the blue streamers. My daughter decorated her dining room with piles of curling ribbon and balloons draped over the arms of the chandelier over the dining table, crepe papers streamers and clusters of balloons at the tops of the windows, and cocunut cups with dried tropical fruits and nuts on the table. I made grass skirts for the ladies out of the grass skirt table skirt and got the child's grass skirt set for my grand-daughter. She loved it, and said she was the "Queen of Halily" (of course she meant Hawaii). I can't wait for the next family birthday so we can do another "themed" party.
