I bought this costume because I had some inexplicable desire to be silly and dress up like a banana. I think people SHOULD give themselves permission to dress up -- and NOT just for Halloween. The costume fulfilled all of my expectations, except that the opening for the face is a little too small, and falls over my eyes. So I think I might have to adjust it a little. Other than that, I can't wait to wear it . . . for no special reason other than that I just want to fulfill a long-standing fantasy.

My son, 13, loved it. He had a great time being a banana. He was still wearing it the next day at the breakfast table. Great laugh factor

This costume will guarantee some laughs! Who could not like a banana at a party? I'm a big boy, muscular build, 245lbs, 6'-2" and the costume still fit well, not too loose though. Absolutely loved wearing this costume, I had a blast. Some people say its cheap material, I disagree, it's like most Halloween costumes. It is made of foam but will definitely meet your requirements unless you're a fighting banana!
