Wonderful customer service and product

HI. I was in a bind for a costume for my daughter, I paid for express deliver, UPS sent the package the wrong direction and we would not receive it in time. I called and was able to talk to a customer service person, who magically was able to have UPS deliver it by the time the event happened. My daughter was very happy and the costume was a hit. Would buy from always!!!!!!! Thank you !!!!!!

The costume is beautiful and fits perfectly. Also, it arrived sooner than expected. While the price was more than we intended to spend, the quality and customer service was excellent and certainly helped offset the expense factor. Thank you!

It's a beautiful costume and she looked great in it. Only problem was some scratchy material at the sleeves & bodice. She ended up wearing a tshirt underneath.

Awesome customer service

We purchased this dress for our daughter's madrigal singing group. The first one we got was a foot shorter than we thought it was. Our mistake. We were very concerned that we wouldn't have a dress for her concert, and called customer service late on a Thursday. The rep helped me look through all the options, made sure what we were reordering was going to fit, and we had the dress by Saturday, more than enough time. Perfect!! I would absolutely buy from this site again.
