Title: Beautiful Gown - True To Size

This gown really stands out, the colors are beautiful. The fit is perfect. I'm 5'7" and the gown comes right to the floor, and will be fine with a low heel. It is nicely made, the material is good quality. There is netting underneath and a hoop around the bottom that helps to keep the gown full. This is the fourth costume I have purchased from buycostumes.com and I have been happy with all purchases. I will definitely purchase from here again.

Title: gorgeous gown!

This is truly an exquisite gown. I usually make my costumes and would consider this very high quality. The fabric is gorgeous, wrinkled out of the package, but that is the nature of the shimmering taffeta-like skirt. Give it a steaming and it will be perfect. The skirt has a liner attached at the waist with a hoop at the bottom which makes the skirt flare beautifully. There is also netting which gives volume around the thigh area. I think it fits a bit small in the bodice. I'm 5'9" and it comes right to the floor. This would be great for any Medieval or Renaissance theme. I'm thinking Mrs. Lovitt from the Sweeney Todd. Paired with one of your great historical wigs, you can't miss winning first prize!
