My 4 year old loves this costume, and it fits him perfectly. comes with mask, cape and belt. A lot of fun. Excellent value for the price

My child is 40 inches and 37 pounds and this costume fits perfectly. You may get an extra inch or two or 5 pounds, but then it's outgrown. Nice soft fabric, fits over clothes easily and is quick to get in and out of. Important as take this on and off at least 4 times per day. It would be nice to have some belt loops for Batman's utility belt, but it works. The half mask is great although I wish the elastic was a bit longer as I'm already stretching it to get the velcro to connect around his head. We've been wearing this costume daily since Christmas. My child loves it.

bought according to the measurements instead of age, since reviews said it ran large. For my 5 year old, who is 45 inches tall the "small" costume was a little short in the torso, but otherwise fit GREAT! plenty of room for snug fitting underlayer. My son is a fan of the batman cartoons and was specific that he didn't want to wear the "Chris Nolan Batman" costume, so we ordered the "Brave & Bold Batman". He loved it so much and had a great time for Halloween! I love buying costumes from this site and will continue to do so over the years.

LOOKS CUTE BUT VELCRO THAT HOLDS THE SUIT OVER THE SHOES BROKE RIGHT AWAY. NEEDS HEAVIER VELCRO THAT WILL STICK

My son is 4 and a half and we bought the size small. His measurements are- Chest: 22", Inseam: 14.5", Arm: 12.5" He wears a size 5T easily with a tiny bit of room, and this costume had plenty of room to layer clothes under or wear for another 6 months at least- which I think is a good thing and he agrees. The quality is what I've come to expect from purely polyester costumes. It's thin, and the stitching is on the flimsy side (I imagine over the year with wear I will be getting my sewing kit out quite a bit), but the shape is good, and it's comfortable and as long as there isn't any snagging or major pulling- it should hold up just fine. The accessories are good. The mask is hard plastic with an elastic band that Velcros in the back of the head. The yellow utility belt is stretchy and ties in the back like a bandanna. The cape has to small Velcro spots to attach below the neck. My favorite part is the 'gloves' with the wings. They stick out and it looks cute/fun. Overall- it's average/cheap quality for a costume, but will be easily mended should any tears happen, but it looks really cute and the colors are bright and fun. My son loves it. If it gets cooler on Halloween where you are you will definitely want to put warm layers underneath. I don't have high expectations for cheap costumes (if you think about what a jumpsuit would cost at Macy's- puts the material and labor cost into perspective)- and I am pleased with my purchase. Will buy costumes from here again next year.
