Title: Cute, but large and not easily washable

This costume is cute and lookes adorable on. It seems to run really large, as it was very big on my 35 lb boy who is 2 yrs old. It's also large relative to the costume I got for his twin in the same size. The size issue, however, is only apparent in the chest. I only gave it two stars for quality because I've washed it twice and it's already falling apart. The fabric is glued to other layers of fabric for the decorations (such as on the arms) and that has already come lose and needs to be glued back on. The instructions say to hand wash and I strongly suggest that you do, as I'm quite sure a washing machine would tear it apart even on the gentle cycle.

Title: Great purchase

Great costume, my 3 yr. old loves it. It isn't even Halloween yet and he won't take it off, he wears it everywhere. I've even washed it already, cold water in the hand wash setting of my washer & hang dry, it washed really well still looks brand new. I'm glad I read the reviews & went with a smaller size, (sizes run big) & I also like the fact the mask is seperate from the cape, so that way he can wear the cape with the costume and not have to have his face covered all the time.
