I am 6'1" 240 the costume has room to spare. The mask doesn't fit properly, the eye holes do not line up unless you constantly pull down on mask. For the price i guess it's not bad but the mask needs to be better sized.

I ordered the XL sized costume (because I usually do!) but this one was REALLY big! It was a cool costume and looked great with my hottie "Robin"

My husband is 6'2" and 280 lbs. This costume fit him fine and we won a couples contest with it. everything needed was included.

My bf loved the quality and size of this costume! The only thing was it actually was a bit big in the sides. He wished the muscle part of the costume fit a little snugg. He is 6'3 and 240lbs and it was a bit big for him! However it is too cute!

I bought the "Large" size of this costume, and it fit far smaller than the size chart indicated. I picked up this plus size as it was the only bigger one. Unfortunately, it is WAY too big. You would need to be about 6'8" tall and around 350-400 lbs for this costume to fit. Everything is bigger - even the hood/cowl is far larger than the "normal" costume. I wear a 7 1/2 hat, and this cowl needs to be modified to make it small enough to fit without looking silly. On the plus side, the top and the bottom are separate pieces (unlike the other sizes which are a 1-piece jumpsuit) so you can get out the sewing machine and alter it somewhat. The molded chest plate in the top is incredibly large, so it is more difficult to modify than the bottoms. Unless you are Shaq, expect to spend significant time altering this to fit.
