Title: Seriously cool but lots of work!

Similar to other reviews this costume was brilliant but required allot of work! Do not purchase this costume unless you are willing to invest some time and make modifications. Out of the box the costume will not fit (anyone) well. Below are a list of modification made to the costume to make it work for me: 1. Installed small zip in the back of the cowl. 2. Installed full lenght zip in to the upper body piece. 3. Attached elasticated material strap to chaps/leg pieces with an adjustible plastic clip (similar to those used in a sports bag strap). 4. Attached elasticated material straps to lower leg pieces and tied/attached using velcro. 5. Glued stiff cardboard to boot covers stiffen the covers and also attached an elasticated strap to attach to shoes. 6. Made a paper mache skull cap to stiffen the cowl (I covered this with fibreglass to stop the cap from disintegrating with heat and sweat etc). - The cowl is fantastic but needs an inset to give it shape as the laytex is too malleable. 7. Filled the ears and gauntlet spikes with aluminium foil. Each of the straps and zips were attached with a strong glue suitable for rubber/latex (e.g. red evo-stick) and a few stitches were run through each of the glued items to ensure they were secure. In short there was allot of work so if you like a bit of DIY tailoring its lots of fun. Again, I would not recommend this to anyone unless you invest the time. I had a fantastic night our and really enjoyed being the Dark Knight for the evening. Whilst the suit itself is good quality the fittings/straps etc are appalling. You might expect more where you are paying this kind of money, but with investment you will not be dissappointed. Like another customer buycostumes did not pack the chest piece in the original package but did resolve the issue very quickly and sent out the piece express. Very good customer service! Hopefully this is of use to a prosective Dark Knight!

Title: Awesome but needs Work

The costume itself looks awesome however, I needed to make several modifications before it "worked" for me. The rubber belt/leg covers are held together by cheap shoe strings that broke after trying the costume on. SoI bought thick black boot laces and re-threaded them to make it more strong. The chest portion is velcro and awesome but they should have made the leg/waist part of the custume the same way and they didn;t. I bought heavy duty strength velcro and fixed it myself and now it is AWESOME. Lastly, as others mentioned the head piece/mask is WAY to huge. You would have to be andre the giant to make it fit your head BUT with some modification it fits awesome. I used small towels to stuff the top and the back head portion of the mask and then I used 2 pairs of kid socks to stuff on the cheeks to keep the eye pieces getting to close to my face. With my modification the costume was awesome but considering the time and money I put into it, the custume should have been half the price
