The Black “Bernard” Pirate Boots feature an approximate ½” heel, faux leather material, and a fold-over cuff and side zipper. Whether you are a sail-hoisting rogue on a high-seas adventure, or a dastardly swashbuckler on his way to dance the Hempen Jig, these boots add a plank-worthy finishing touch!

Bought these as part of the Blackbeard outfit and they got some of my biggest compliments of the night. You must put some sort of orthopaedic inserts in them as I did and they are fairly comfortable. Durability is okay, I suspect they will fall apart after five or so wears and decent walks though.

In my opinion these boots are what completed the look for the Lancelot costume. I would recommend getting these instead of using the mock boots which came as part of the package. These boots are not too expensive, look extremely authentic, and in my case fit perfectly. You almost could wear these as part of your everyday wardrobe.

We received the boot covers with the costume but VERY glad we bought the boots, comfortable, they fit and totally made the costume

These boots were excellent in recreating the history of pirates. The fit was great, I purchashed the largest size that was made, size 12-13, a man of great size has large calves so these boots rode up great and comfortly zipped up all the way closed. The boots are made of high quality of pleather, but in great construction to made too look like the real thing. The only thing bad about these boots is it needs more padding for the feet, but other then that nothing else. I would recommend using Dr. Scholl's if using these for long periods of time.

i AM A COSTUMER FOR A THEATER GROUP AND PURCHASED THESE BOOT FOR FIDDLER ON THE ROOF THEY LOOK GREAT AND FIT WELL FORALL OF THE MEN INCLUDING ONE WHO WEARS A DOUBLE EE WIDTH NORMALLY. THE GUYS SAY THEY ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND HAVE HELD UP WELL FOR THE RUNN OF THE SHOW.
