Title: Runs way too smal!!!!

I bought this outfit for a dance class, where the assignment was BOMBSHELL. I was super excited about this outfit, but this ran way too small!!!! I couldn't raise my arms without flashing!!! It fit everywhere BUT my chest and I do NOT have a large chest by any means. ;-( I bought a size medium. Ran way too small in chest and torso.

This is an adorable costume. I bought this costume after getting one at a local party store and after getting it home I realized how cheaply made it was and took it back. This one surprised me with the quality, it is very cute. The only thing is that the sizing runs small, I normally wear a 6/8 and I got the medium which says it fits 10-14 and it fit well.
