Title: Shorts Fell Apart

I bought these shorts to go under a halloween costume. The elastic waist was much smaller than the size chart said - it maybe would have fit my 12 year old niece. The rest of the short fit well but I had to tear some of the fabric around the elastic at the waist to loosen it. The shorts lasted the night of the costume party but then I had to toss them.
