  • Orange Birthday Balloons?

    Everything with my Black and Orange Decorating Kit was great except for the orange balloons, they had number 2's all over them, like they were for a 2 year old's birthday party or something!

    Don't buy these products seperately; that's foolish. You'll spend double or triple buying these seperately at a store. This package is great and well worth the money!
