After reading the below reviews I purchased this costume for my daughter to wear against my better judgement. The costume fits true to size in the body however the skirt length is very short. My daughter had to wear leggins with it. The hat came smashed, however with a little fabric stiffner and shaping it looked great. The material itself is very cheap and I was concerned that it may rip which it did not. I did have to iron the costume even though it says not to on the lowest setting. The belt and choker were too big however a safety pin fixed that prolem. The arm bands and boot top covers did not match the picture which was disappointing however they worked out fine. All in all my daughter looked great and had a blast wearing the costume to her schools story book parade, her friends Halloween party and trick or treating.

This costume is not worth the price, it is very poor quality and the size it not acurite.

Ordered this & the matching boy's outfit for my children for Halloween. Recieved today( shipping was fast & free) & was totally disappointed. Very cheaply made & see-thru with out a pettiskirt under it. Choker is junk- just cloth with a small white ruffle sewn on crooked. Belt is junk too- all cloth. Hat mashed so bad don't know if she will be able to wear it. If you want matching outfits (we did)& have someone who can tweak these( Grandma sews) --buy them. If not DON"T.

Wow, what a total disappointment! The dress is flimsy, short and not at all full like the photos. Even the disclaimer doesn't buffer my opinion. The idea of it is cute but the quality is complete junk. Unfortunately, my 9 yr old likes the idea of it so I will be "tweaking" it to make it live up to her hopes. Belt & hat are junk so we are replacing them. Choker is being "upgraded". Adding a skirt under as the L (12/14) barely covers my slightly taller than average 9 yr old's backside. Very disappointed as the $50 costume is turning into a $100 one.
