Despite all of the rumors i decided to get the costume because i thought it was so cute it would be worth a couple minor set backs. The costume was to small. I'm normally a size small but i got a medium so it wouldn't be to tight or to short, and it was really tight. I had to have someone help get it off. And the lights are strung in sort of a checker board or spider well pattern and really delicate. But i loved the color and the wand. I'm now in the process of returning it.

To anyone looking to purchase this costume, I would recommend a different one. The lights didn't last more then 45minutes into the night, and the other batteries didn't help at all. The whole battery pack ended up falling off before half of my night was over. The only thing that was good was the sizing and the fact the wand worked. But I also had to mess around with that when I got it because it wasn't working.

I am unhappy with this purchase, only the front lights up and flashes, does not look good. The material is too thin. I wish I would of read the other reviews before I bought the costume.

OOGLY! Looks more like a frilly kermit the frog. In the picture, it looks like the lights twinkle from underneath the skirt. Actually, theres a layer of that netty stuff (tule i think its called) over the top with cords of fiberoptic lights in, yes i agree, a spiderwebby effect. Also, the lights flash, not twinkle. I'm currently in the process of trying to return it.
