I got this costume for my miniature pincher chihuahua mix and she looked adorable in it!!! (She wasn't a huge fan of the hat) I got a size medium for her after using the websites size chart. It fit her nicely but was a little small around her chest (I solved that issue by simply not fastening the last velcro piece). The price was good plus I used a coupon which pretty much took care of the S&H. I received it within a week of buying it. Overall I am very happy with the costume and service

I have a 14 pound dog, not overweight, and the medium was way too small for her. Otherwise it was really cute!

Wont buy another

Last year, after measuring my dog, I ordered a size large. When it arrived I spent a lot of time making it smaller. This year I ordered a size medium. I now have to try to make it bigger. Since I have to spend so much time sewing these costumes next year I will just buy a pattern and make the costume. I would return it, however, the return policy doesn't cover shipping in either direction so shipping would cost more than the refund.
