i bought this for my husbands captain america costume. he was a hit this halloween. it completed the costume. he looked great

My boyfriend have a Captain America vintage costume. And we have buy a Captain America Adult Shield (Large). The shield is very large. That's great!. My guy his very tall (6 feets over) and the shield is a perfect accessorie for upgreat the costume.

When this shield arrived...along with other costumes for my kid...I immediately thought the shipping box appeared too small. (and oddly, an "Office Depot" box no less).......sure enough, the shield was bent and marked all over. I was very much looking forward to this and quite sad to see it's state.............While BuyCostumes has been very responsive over email...the only options are having me ship it back and getting a refund......which leaves me with no shield as it's no longer available........or keeping a poor quality shield......... I'm frankly not happy with either, and this whole experience does make me question buying from them again if they cannot even intelligently pack the items they ship.
