People loved my Captain America costume but said it was the shield that really made the costume. I would highly recommend getting the shield with the costume.

Looks great and makes for fun even after Halloween! Perfect size for Adult.

The shield being a costume prop doesn't have any weight to it to feel like a shield while you are using it but it looks like the picture. the strap at the back to hold it are made out of a stretchy material but i think i am going to add some real fabric so i can actually get a good grip on the shield while wearing it. other than that it looks spot on to the movie shield and the plastic is not flimsy in any way but it not as hard plastic as i thought it would have been. I haven't tried it but it feels like i could throw it like a frisbee and it wouldn't break or scratch but it looks so good and i don't want to wreck it and it is a nice size and is the proper ratio for an adult and looks good

Good size and light weight. Wish the straps on the inside could be adjusted, but overalll please with the product.
