Cat in the Hat would be dissapointed in that!
I was excited to find a Cat in the Hat hat for my son who loves the character. Although I thought $15 was a bit high for a prop hat, I got it for his birthday party which was Cat in the Hat themed. My son turned 3 and his head measures at the 50th percentile and the hat sits high on his head because it is too small. As for the fun factor, it came out cute in pictures and went with the theme, but overall was not worth the money.
