Description:

A god in all his glory.

Zeus was the king of gods, ruler of Olympia, and commanded the sky, thunder and lightning. Father to many of its heroes, including Hercules, Zeus was the pinnacle of Greek myth and revered throughout the ancient world in one form or another. The Zeus costume includes: grey toga, drape, decorative chest plate, two (2) arm guards with lightning bolt symbols, and copper crown.

Available in Adult sizes: Medium and Large.
Sandals not included.
Pair with Hera, Queen of Olympus or any of our Pantheon costumes (sold separately).

Title: Behold the ruler of the gods!

Overall I am pleased with the costume, except the crown is made of the same rubber like material the chest plate and gauntlets are. So, it's one flimsy/flexible crown but still would work if you are on a budget. The chest piece and gauntlets are adjustable, as they come with some nice gold ties to secure them with. The robe has plenty of room in it if you wanted to wear clothes underneath (I dang sure ain't going commando). The robe also has an elastic band sewn into the middle of it, I assume to go around your waist, but doesn't quite get there on me hehe. It sits upon my lower stomach, which isn't much of a problem at all. Other than what I've said so far, all you have to buy to go with it are some roman sandals and perhaps a beard for the full look. I'm also making a lightning bolt to carry around, JUST for the sake of coolness and completion.

this was for my fiance and the medium was too large and he is not a small man. the toga part was a little large, but the crown was extremely large. he could not wear it at all. it fell around his neck. the chest plate and wrist guards are made of a type of rubber so they made you sweat, although the rubber is muc better than the cheap made plastic. the overall look is nice, but for the price was a little disappointed.
