In the item's description it said the small size should fit someone who is 90-120 ponds. I am 126 pounds and the costume was not tight fitting at all. I am also an average height of 5'6''. It said it would fit an A or B cup, I am a C in some bras and the cups were way too big they were for a large C or D cup. Other than that the costume looks pretty much like the picture. The material is thin... The belt would fit best on someone who's waste was 27 or 28 inches. I would say that the SMALL size would fit best on someone who was about 5'6'' and 135lbs, C/D cup, Waist 27/28 inches. This would be a nice tight fit like in the picture in my opinion.

This outfit looks really good on and for those with a small bust the costume has padding so it gives it a great deal of a boost. Very cute and comfortable.
