The idea was great, but the small size and poor quality of the shield are very disappointing. Buy this only if you want a costume accessory for looks only. Even at that, I've attempted to buy two of these items, both of which are permanently creased because of their flimsy foam material (must have been stored with items on top that left permanent creases in the foam). That said, even buying just for looks is not a guarantee you'll be happy with this item. Would be better if this was made from molded plastic not foam.
