Title: Great for all short costumes

Bought this for my Dorothy costume and it turned out great. The waistband is very stretchy and I actually folded it over to make it sit a little lower while keeping the length in the skirt. The quality isn't the best, the edges are a little messed up, but it's still pretty good, especially since no one will notice if the seams/lace don't line up. It definitely made the costume.

Love this!! I'm so glad I purchased this with my costume! It really adds that sugar and spice to any short skirted costume! Highly recommended!
