The sizing was fair. I had purchased "plus sized" costumes before and later found they were still 2 sizes too small (I'm a 18), but this fit perfectly. I was slightly disappointed in the quality of the costume in relation to the price. The top was really short - almost like a midrif shirt but I just hiked the skirt up a little higher and the wrap around hid it just fine. Overall, it was a fun costume for not a lot of money,
