As I draw blood I ordered this to wear for work on Halloween. After all, getting called dracula, vampire, bloodsucker enough thought I'd dress the part! It was very comfortable to wear for the whole day and I was able to perform my job duites. Two things to watch are the chocker/collar and the draped sleeves - I noticed small runs by where the draped sleeves extend down. Of course, make sure to watch the sleeves when using facilites... lol

Title: Watch the sizes

I was a little disappointed with this item. Although they say it goes up to a 22W you really have to be careful if you're bottom heavy. I wouldn't go beyond a size 18W if that's the case (apple shaped). If you are bigger in the bust the gown should fit you fine. It's very clingy and tight and all one piece. Also, the collar doesn't stand up well. If you're larger from a 16-20W it would be a better choice
