Includes a shirt with vinyl restraints, skirt and hat. The shirt has velcro tabs on the sleeves and sides, so the arms can be crossed in front and velco'd to the back.

I am as well a 18-20 I actually ordered the 1x/2x I wish I brought the 3x/4x because the product does run a bit small. The top strap is weird and annoying, and it fits a bit weird. I think it was a cute idea gone wrong :( best bet buy in early so u can either alter it...or mail back in....also buy a size bigger than what you are.

First, I am a size 18/20 and luckily I decided to order the 3x/4x otherwise I fear the 1x/2x would have been too small. Although it is a plus size costume, it does run a little small. The 1x/2x would have been very tight on me. Second, the top strap on the shirt is kind of weird. It does not fit right when it is tight, you have to leave it loose so it hangs at the correct level. Although this is a fun costume, I would definitely order it with enough time to send back if need be, try it first if you can.
