The extra-high waistband is superior to elastic ones because it keeps the skirt tucked under the bodice all day. You'll never look disheveled! Wear two skirts and tuck the top one into the waistband to create the "Double-skirt" look (shown using Eggplant skirt as top skirt). Color: Berry (shown as underskirt).
