I agree with the previous review, which I wish I read before I purchased this costume. The costume itself is beautiful, well made and certainly fun! BUT it is a 14/16 at best. I worked at a clothing store for 8 years and found all women, in their eyes think they are smaller, while men seem to think they are taller. In this case. This garment REALLY IS the wrong size. I am a true 20 and I couldn't get it over my head. It was a real bummer. So buyer beware, when they say go a size larger... they mean 5!!!!!

Title: Beautiful But Small

This costume is gorgeous and well made. The problem with the costume is that it is not sized correctly. The description says that it will fit up to a size 24W. Not true! This costume will only fit a size 16 to 18. I wear size 18/20, and I could not even get the costume on. The dress is not stretchy in the important places (shoulders, under arms, and waist) so there is no possible way anyone bigger than size 18 could wear it. Also, the outside of the package that the costume comes in says that the model wearing the costume is a size 16. I just wanted to warn others so they won't be as disappointed as I was.
