This is a great costume! It fits true to size. I live in Canada and I got it in 3 days. It is very slimming and the quality is excellent. I was happy to find that it even came with its own built in petticoat. My only downer is the hat, it was very squashed in the box and it did not fit me at all. It was way too small. So I wore the pink scarf on my head which looked pretty good. Other then that, this is one of the cutest pirate girl costumes around!
