I would highly recommend that you purchase the hat to cap off a female pirate costume. I bought 2 hats, one for my wife and one for my sister (see picture of sister). They both loved them and said that it really made them feel in the mood of the pirate theme with the hats. They were both glad that I purchased them.

Title: What a surprise for the price.

I really wanted to purchase the hat that went with my pirate mistress outfit, but it cost more than the costume itself. I opted for this hat and I can't tell you how pleased I was with the quality for the price! The hat is great and very comfortable to wear. I can't wait for halloween so I can wear it!
