This is a pretty realistic skeleton. The stakes are junk. But I used sticks and placed the skeleton parts over them and he is holding up well. It is very windy here in KC this time of year so on occasion a "part" will even move. Makes it spookier!

its super easy to put together and stick in the ground. I wouldnt have it outside while it rains though, there are batteries in the bottom of the skull for it to light up - which I was pleasantly surprised to see when I opened it!!
