This is so creepy I had to have it. It's slightly smaller than a normal size head but it's a great prop for any occassion. Great features, piercing eyes and hair.

We bought this along with the Blood Sucker Head Prop. They are both very life like and creepy, but this one is our favorite. Great for a Halloween party!!!
