I purchased this for my 6year old along with the leatherface costume, when I recieved this i was a little disappointed with the blood effect on it. all it llooks like is someone painted lines for blood on it which makes it not realistic at all. but aside from that flaw my son who is 6 still loves it, he doesnt notice a difference in what real blood is supposed to look like. we like the sounds, they are pretty kewl. i dont feel they are at all annoying the sound clip is relatively short so it doenst get old. like i said my son loves it, but i am going to splatter fake blood on it to mak it more realstic, but it is of great quality very lightweight...so perfect for a child going to be 7 in october. I would just change the rediculous blood effect you have on it.!!!
