great with the chess costumes.....nice and thick so they keep you warm, but not too hot. stretchy too so will fit a variety of sizes....I am 5'7" and had not problem. Could be worn just for fun too : )

Somewhat long!

I'm 5'1" and these stockers were way too long. I had to hike it up all the way and it bunches at the top for me. They're pretty thick so it won't snag easily.

I bought these tights to wear with a halloween costume of being a pop girl. The tights were nice and thick because where I live in Chicago, it is often a bit chilly. So the tights were nice and thick and kept me warm.
