It's a plastic cigar... you can't be disappointed with it. Nice cheap costume accessory. Could be a buck or two less... Water proof, it floats, safe for big kids, and will last a life time.

Purchased this for the gangster costume, thinking it was the approx. size and look of a real cigar... Its not! I think the 9" refers to the DIAMETER of the thing, and not the length! Definetely dissapointed in this one, and will NOT be using it at all! Looks like a stupid, huge, cartoon cigar. Waste of money.
