I found this was the topper for the costume I purchased, definately was a lot of fun and is still in tact for future use. For the price, it was an excellent buy.

I bought this just as an added accessory to the costume. I used it with my gangster outfit. Although it's not the best quality, it did it's part and was very inexpensive. I would recommend if it suits your costume!
