The flip wig looks as good as the photo. I was worried the flip would be flattened, but it is packaged very well and has a great curl. It fits nice and snug, so there is no worry of slipping.

Great Wig!

I bought the Classic 50's Flip Wig to wear in a mystery dinner theater play that I will be in. It is a a 40's/50's gangster plot and I play a waitress who is an undercover FBI agent. My hair hasn't been this long in decades. The wig is a lot of fun and makes me feel young again! I was amazed at the high quality of the wig. Soooo much better than wigs you find in stores at halloween. I was quite impressed and I would highly recommend these wigs to others. I haven't shown it to anyone yet (including my husband--it will be a surprise some evening!). I can't wait to get their reactions.

I wore this with a hat. People thought it was my own hair. It was packaged very carefully to keep a very nice shape. The hair was nice and thick.

Icing on the cake!

I purchased this filp wig to go along with my poodle skirt outfit and saddle shoes that I also purchased from Buycostumes.com. I am a hair stylist and was so impressed with the quality of this wig! I took it out of the package, put a wig cap on (recommended) and the wig needed little adjusting. It was the perfect accessory to my outfit!

A bit of a dissapointment

I was hosting a 1950's murder mystery party and decided to order a wig instead of trying to style my own hair. I thought this was the perfect wig, but when it arrived I was very dissapointed in the quality. The under layer of hair was nice and silky, but the top layer was kinky, matted and full of knots. I'm sure this was a faulty wig and that Buycostumes.com would have exchanged it for me, but I live in the Bahamas and after paying extra shipping and duty to get the wig here, and only having one week til the party, I decided to try and fix it instead of sending it back. After brushing it out, washing it and resetting, I was able to get it to a workable state. I did wear the wig for the party, but it didn't look as good as in the photo. The top layer of hair was still quite kinky, but better than it looked out of the package. I would still order from them again, as I'm sure this was a fluke, but that was my experience.
