The gathered skirt has a double set of lacing holes in the back of the waistband, which allows for adjustments. The extra-high waistband is superior to elastic ones because it keeps the skirt tucked under the bodice all day. You'll never look disheveled! Wear two skirts and tuck the top one into the waistband to create the "Double-skirt" look (shown using Berry skirt as underskirt). Machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Color: Eggplant (shown as top skirt).

  • High quality

    I am very pleased with the skirts I ordered. They complete the renaissance look I was going for. The color of the skirt is beautiful, and is accurately represented in the picture. The material is high quality and it was easy to hem the skirt (I'm only 5'2" so the skirts were a little long on me). The sizes seemed to run a little big. I originally ordered a M/L as no part of my torso measures less than 32" in diameter. But the skirt was way too big. I reordered the S/M and it fit perfectly. There are several sets of lacing holes, which gives the skirt a lot of flexibility in sizing.
