i ordered this crystal ball and i love it! its made of real crystal and yes the crystall ball is attached to the stand but thats ok. makes a great prop and party decoration. :)

I thought the ball would be like a snow globe when shaken, but whatever is on the bottom does not move. Very disappointed.

The base was detached from the ball when it arrived. Looked like a messy glue job to start with. It looks like Styrofoam inside the bottom of the ball, I thought it was packing material but there is liquid inside the ball and it does not come apart. Some of the Styrofoam stuff has come loose and it floats around in the ball would return it if it wasn't such a hassle.
