The costume fit great but the top is really open (I'm a 34 C and weigh 117 lbs). I had to use double-sided tape to hold the material in place. I also ended up using a short petticoat because I could not find white shorts and it comes smack right under your bottom. Btw, the costume is an off white so I did not use the hat because the colors were way off.

The costume came as off-white (dingy color) instead of the pure white shown. However, the hat was pure white. Obviously you can see the problem with that. If you order the leggings, they are pure white as well. I returned and Buy Costumes sent a n/c replacement and it was the same off-white awful color. So, I returned both. It was cute, but color was terrible. So I was disappointed. Buy Costumes was awesome with purchase and return though. Have no complaints with them at all.

So I was super excited to get this costume and couldn't wait for it to arrive. When it did I arrive I was very unhappy. You could see both the hat and the dress inside the package and there's a clear difference in color. The hat is white with the blood splotches like it should be but the dress is a very discernible off-white. The color makes the blood look lame against it. I would have considered just dealing with it since it will be dark when I wear it but I also purchased white bloody stockings and the contrast is just terrible. I am planning to return this dress and look for a different sailor costume. P.S. It is a little long.
